Through the samsignal.ai website: When you submit a request for early access through our website form, we collect your email address and the date and time of your submission. We do not collect your name, telephone number, or any other identifying information through the website unless you choose to provide it voluntarily in a contact message.
Through the SAM platform: Advisors and firms that use the SAM platform may provide additional information as part of onboarding and normal platform use. Data processing within the platform is governed by the separate Data Processing Agreement entered into between SAM and each client firm. This Privacy Policy applies primarily to the samsignal.ai website and to individuals who interact with us before becoming platform clients.
Automatically collected information: Like all websites, samsignal.ai may collect certain technical information automatically, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, and pages visited. This information is collected through standard server logs and, where applicable, through Cloudflare infrastructure, which handles delivery and security for the website. We do not use this information to identify individuals and we do not sell it.

Where you submit your email address to request early access, we process that information on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time by contacting us at privacy@samsignal.ai. Where we process technical information for website security and performance, we rely on our legitimate interest in maintaining a secure and functional website.
We retain email addresses collected through the early access form for as long as is necessary to manage our launch program and communicate with prospective users. If you ask us to remove your email address from our records, we will do so promptly. Technical log information is retained for a maximum of 90 days and is then deleted.
Information collected through the samsignal.ai website is processed through Formspree, a third-party form processing service, and stored in systems maintained on our behalf. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. The SAM platform itself uses end-to-end encryption, per-organization encryption key management through AWS Key Management Service, and blockchain-anchored audit trails for all communication records. We use a small number of third-party services to operate the website and manage early access inquiries. These include Cloudflare for website delivery and security, and Formspree for form processing. These service providers process data only on our behalf and are not permitted to use personal information for their own purposes. We do not integrate advertising networks, behavioral tracking tools, or social media pixels on the samsignal.ai website.

The SAM platform is designed and operated for use in regulated financial advisory environments. Our platform architecture and data handling practices are designed to support compliance with FINRA Rule 4511, SEC Rule 17a-4, CVM Resolucao 35, CIRO requirements, LGPD (Brazil), PIPEDA (Canada), and GDPR where applicable. Specific compliance obligations as they relate to communication archiving and supervision are addressed in the platform-level Data Processing Agreement and are not covered in this website privacy policy.
The samsignal.ai website and the SAM platform are intended for use by financial professionals and are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
